Breakfast

We are producing a high-quality breakfast buffet which we know will stand out from the crowd and offer some of the best ideas we have seen in our travels and some new and quirky ones we have come up with ourselves. Our showcase will be a poached egg ‘station’ with the capacity for our guests to construct their own favourite style of Eggs Benedict with all the trimmings or a smashed avocado on toasted sour dough, again with all the trimmings, such as fetta, rocket, and semi dried tomatoes and top with a soft poached egg. We will offer a range of fruit, pastries, juices and bakers delights and hope you enjoy our Whitsunday take on what a great breakfast experience should be and set you off on a day exploring our wonderful region with a full tummy and a smile on your face.
